Volcano Express Catering Setup

Deposit for the event is required to secure a date on the calendar and is non-refundable. Rescheduling of an event requires a two week notice for deposit transfer. Regrettably, we cannot operate on 2nd floors, Stairways or Rooftops. Ground level, Garage or Venue Halls are OK. Additionally, a max requirement of no more than two stair steps and a width opening of no less than 32 inches is needed for easy passage of Hibachi Grill. We may need to cancel event and deposit will be non refundable if requirements are not adhered to. All specific dinner orders are to be provided in detail 5 days in advance of the event.

Total balance is due before start of event.

Price also includes Setup, Cooking and Cleanup.  Minimum of 10 guests per party. An additional fee of $50.00 will be charged for every 1/2 hour delay and will be requested before cooking begins. Hibachi Chefs arrive 1 hour before your selected cooking time. Hibachi dinner concludes in approximately 1 1/2 hours from selected cooking start time.

Gratuity is not included, cash tips are very appreciated, travel and setup will be deducted from the deposit.
